Whales are so huge and important, they remind me of how powerful nature really is and how it needs to be protected. When I saw the skeleton in the Beaty Centre for Marine Biodiversity, I felt that these are the things that need to be preserved and kept alive. I hope that those younger than me keep a sense of wonder and need to protect the oceans as well as all of nature. In turn, this donation was made in honour of my newborn nephew, Jeremiah.
