About Our Team
The Dalhousie varsity women’s hockey program began in 2002 and has made a mark on the AUS scene with numerous playoff appearances including a second-place finish in the 2005-06 season earning them a birth into the U SPORTS championships that year.

Since its inception, over 200 Tigers women’s hockey players have earned U SPORTS Academic All-Canadian status including Miranda McMillan who received the prestigious honour of being named one the U SPORTS Top 8 Academic All-Canadians in 2012. Dalhousie’s women’s hockey players have also been awarded multiple AUS and U SPORTS Student-Athlete Community Service Awards and all-rookie team awards.

We Need Your Support
The women’s hockey team looks to build on the success of the few years, under new head coach Keifer House. The team aims to raise $10,000 to support both home and away exhibition match ups against top talent in U SPORTS. Your donation will help them achieve their goal.

The Adopt a Tiger program assists Dalhousie hockey players in their pursuit of excellence as they balance the demands of being varsity student-athletes. Funds raised will support our student-athletes’ success in the classroom, exhibition travel, equipment upgrades and team apparel. Your donation to the Adopt a Tiger program will help to ensure that our varsity athletes can excel on the field and in the classroom.

Help our Dal Tigers turn their ambitions into achievements. Make a gift today!
